Exchange and Refund

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

You have the right to cancel an order before receiving it without giving a reason. To do this, you must:

• contact the SLAVA concept Care Department in any convenient way, or
• send a request to the email address online@slavaconcept.ru by specifying your order number.
• If the order has not yet been delivered, the refund will be made in full.
• If the order has already been delivered, a refund will be made with deduction of shipping costs.

RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

The return of the product is possible within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt.

The return of high-quality unsuitable goods is accepted if the presentation is completely preserved, there are no signs of wear, signs of deformation, mechanical damage, no stains, puffs and foreign odors. All sewn labels, labels, tags and seals on the product are preserved, the original packaging is present.

To make a refund, contact the SLAVA concept Care Department in any convenient way or send a refund request to the email address online@slavaconcept.ru .

If the product does not match the order (wrong color, size, item number, etc.), please attach photos confirming the discrepancy to your application.

RETURN ORDER

We will process your refund request within 24 hours and inform you of the details of the refund and the return shipping method.

• If the product is of high quality, but did not suit you, SLAVA concept will refund the cost of the product minus shipping costs.
• If the product is of poor quality or does not match the order, we will refund the full cost of the order.

The refund is made within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the goods in the warehouse (provided that the goods meet the return requirements) to the card from which the payment was made.

SLAVA concept reserves the right to reject the refund application in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 31.12.2020 N2463.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

If the product does not suit you, you can exchange it for another one. To do this, contact the SLAVA concept Care Department in any convenient way or send a request to the email address online@slavaconcept.ru . In the request, specify the order number, the name of the item you want to exchange, and the name of the item you want to exchange for.

Please note:

• Payment for the delivery for the exchange of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
• If an exchange is not possible (for example, the desired size or color is not available), you can return the product according to the rules described above.
